Movie cannot burn unexpected error anydvd clonedvd2

hi
i am having problem with my anydvd clonedvd2. when i tried to rip and burn movies to dvd it provide error 'CloneDVD has encountered an unexpected error' so i am unable to burn dvd can any one help me to solve this ?

i had such problem so i uninstalled anydvd and clonedvd2 and cleaned ie with cc cleaner then i installed old version of anydvd with clonedvd2 that worked for me so working fine you also try that..there my be issue with some installation files so get setup files from proper source..

If you still having problem try DVD Shrink which is replacement for clonedvd2 . DVDShrink is software to backup DVD discs. You can use this software in conjunction with DVD burning software of your choice, to make a backup copy of any DVD video disc.DVDShrink will also burn your backup DVD, if you have installed the latest version of Nero.

There may be conflict between anydvd clonedvd2 and any third party application that you have installed so better you undo all recent install application and drivers also try with updating service pack of windows.Well about dvd Shrink, I get same message after successfully finishing installation with AnyDVD+Shrink+Nero Burning Rom
