Re: How to link multiple workbooks?

Follow this step to link workbooks in excel :
  • Open both workbooks.
  • In the source workbook, select the cells you want to link to and click the Copy button.
  • Switch to the destination workbook and click the upper left cell of the range where you want the links.
  • On the Edit menu, click Paste Special, and then click Paste Link.

Re: How to link multiple workbooks?

You can create link to another workbook in excel. To give link select data (employee workbook 1) you want to copy in one workbook and select Edit, Copy. When you select copy from one workbook paste it to another workbook go to Edit in to another workbook Paste Special, and press the Paste Link button. When you open a workbook that contains external links in Microsoft Office Excel 2007 or in a later version of Microsoft Excel, you are prompted to update the links.
