I am using outlook 2003 on my windows xp system. I want to know the procedure for accessing bccs in outlook. How to view the bbc address box and How to Add Bcc Recipients in Outlook.
To view the Bcc address box
- In Outlook, on the Actions menu, click New Mail Message.
- Do one of the following:
- If you are using Word as your e-mail editor, on the toolbar, click the drop-down arrow to the right of the Options button, and click Bcc.
- If you are not using Word as your e-mail editor, on the View menu, click Bcc Field.
Go to the Options ribbon > Make sure Show Bcc is clicked >Use the Bcc box to send 'blind' copies of emails, that won't be seen by those in the To and Cc fields. Click on the down arrow to the right of the Options button and select Bcc. See the resource links directly below for more information on using Bcc in Microsoft Outlook emails.
Auto BCC / CC for Microsoft Outlook is an advanced email add-in for Microsoft Outlook (not for Outlook Express) that creates a BCC (blind carbon copy) and/or a CC (carbon copy) automatically, every time you send mail.
