| Re: How to create a .pst file in Outlook 2003
The size of Personal Storage Table (.pst) files no longer counts against the size of the mailbox used; You can select one of three options for encoding the information in your .pst file. You cannot change this setting after the .pst file is created. To use the .pst files from another location you need to be able to access the files directly over a network from your mail client. |

In Folders Navigation Panel > right-click Personal Folders > click on the Properties in the context menu > Click Advanced > .PST file path or complete file will visible. There is another location > C:\Documents and Settings\user_id\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. |
