Deleter tablet for xp computer problem

I have a deleter tablet for my xp computer, and it works but goes very slow. I know that i have to go to control panel >tablet or pen settings but i cannot find it in the xp format. could anyone tell me where i may find this?

Check for proper driver , If the driver is not installed, consult the instruction manual of the tablet and install the driver accordingly.
