I'm using Outlook 2003 on windows XP and have never been able to work out how to Send an Email to Undisclosed Recipients, sometimes i also get email with undisclosed recipients. Any help will be extremely appreciated.
The undisclosed recipients list was mailed by a contact who entered names they wished to remain private into the Bcc section of the Compose page, protecting their friends privacy.Launch your email program, and click the button to create a new email message. In the 'To' address field enter 'Undisclosed Recipients' followed by your e-mail address in braces. In the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field, enter the e-mail addresses of those to whom you are sending the message.
When using bcc to send out emails from Outlook Express 6.0, the recipient should see "Undisclosed-Recipient;" in the TO field. To send message to Undisclosed-Recipient,Start with a new message. Click on the To: button with the address book icon. Highlight your "Undisclosed recipients" entry. Click To: ->. Highlight all other desired recipients. Click Bcc: ->. Click OK.
After that you can add the email address of recipients but give semicolon after each address.
Click on Create Mail from the Toolbar > Create a new recipient in your address book called 'Undisclosed Recipients" and give it your e-mail address > find the recipient from address Book and click on BCC: Click SEND. When the recipients receive the email, they will not be able to see any other email addresses. When the recipients receive the email, they will see Undisclosed-Recipient; displayed in the TO: field.
