Hello People!!!
Im having a problem with BESR 7 with last SP.
Client not appear on BESR Manager Console, I have tried unninstal and install about 10 times without success, also removed some registries keys before install.
I'm with this issue together with symantec (almost alone), since they didnt gave any hint or any advanced procedure.
Today after 45 days they send me a email telling that is a network issues.
Impossible because I had tried the installation out of rush times too.
And they send me again the following hard procedure again.

also what we can do with the easyinstaller is
1 uninstall BESR and remove anything related to managment control , reboot and and make sure all reg keys and diriectories / services are removed
2 install BESR localy from the install media / prod.zip not a easy installer and reboot , make sure it is installed and can load correctly
3 create a new easy installer for just the managment control and make sure you select the option to include all the setup files in the easy installer and install from it

I think that symantec are kidding, please do not buy this products or just buy without support
Symantec Case 281-656-321 (Client does not appear/show up on the console....)
