How to open the Vcard using Outlook

Can anyone help me in knowing about how to open the Vcard using Outlook, i know this is possible but i am not able to open it in the Outlook, If anyone guide me in this matter then i would be very much thankful to them.

Open Outlook and go to contacts. Click on import contacts and browser where your vcards are located and you will be able to open it. You can open cards directly into notepad too. Also just double click and it will open in appropriate program. It it tells windows did not find any program associated with this file type, browse and select Outlook or notepad whichever you want to use...
