    Re: Cannot Find Outlook File

Outlook stores your email (and attachments), calendar and contacts together in one file that uses the extension "PST". You can find out outlook file by opening the "tree view" of your folders > "Personal Folders", or "Outlook Today", represents a separate PST. Right click on it and then select Properties:Now click on the Advanced button:And there, right in the middle of everything, is the Filename and the full path to the PST.

If you are using Vista, the default location for the PST is C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook and If you’re using Outlook 2007, simply go to File menu, then select Data File Management. In data files click on Open Folder, windows will open this folder for given path location.

To find your .pst files on your hard disk :
    • On the Windows taskbar, click Start, point to Find, and then click Files or Folders.
    • In the Named box, type *.pst.
    • In the Look in box, select the appropriate drive.
    • Click Find Now.
