Unable to get website header info

I am a new user become familiar with Liferay Portal. I have created a new site in Liferay Portal by: control panel-> Portal-> Communities. I have seen some websites in that website's header leads to information related to _FreeBSD projects and the things_ but not to a page devoted to FreeBSD developers info. But unable to get the header information of a website.

Go to webapps\ROOT\html\themes\classic\templates\portal_normal.vm file which is the template of the classic theme for all the user part. XSP adds the header/footer/margins, not your PHP script. Need to know what your doing to find out what went wrong.

The header information of an website may be consist of site name and its tag line, and this tag line vertical space need also be have to decide by the developer, generally the website header suggest the website working, and if you need website information then you need to code for you.
