    How do i copy vlc media file to dvd?

    hi
    i am using vlc media player for all media files now i want to copy vlc media file to dvd but i am not getting option in vlc to do that can any one tell me how do i copy vlc media file to dvd ?please help

    Try any VLC Media File Converter tool also VideoLAN is a free MPEG, MPEG2 and DVD software solution. You need to get related extension and encoding of your file so you can able to burn it on the DVD.Go VLC>View>Stream and Media Info while the file is playing.

In VLC under the file menu I select Open DVD, then select DVD plain DVD it rips the first 30sec of the movie....

    Rip a DVD Using VLC Media Player
    1. Open Disc,select DVD
    2. locate movie.
    3. Select Save Options.
    4. Settings.
    5. Select the Method,
    6. Select Video Code , Audio Codec
    7. Uncheck Play Locally
    8. Click OK.



    burn DVDs with VLC media player?

    goto File > Wizard > Select“Transcode/Save To File...>select File >
    Click Next > select codecs > Select MPEG-1> Click Next >
    Save .mpg
    Now open this file in Nero and Burn it ..
