lexmark solution center

Can anyone tell me what is Lexmark Solutions Center, I tried to fiddle with it buyt nothing happens. I also tried to put in the cd but nothing happened and I doubt that is it the correct cd of Lexmark Solutions Center or not. So can anyone give me any information about it. Thank you

Uninstall all previous drivers and Lexmark software from your computer.

Then install this new set at this link here.

You will have to be listed as administrator on your computer in the "user" accounts that can be reached by going to the control panel and their if you want then you may uninstall the whole lexmark program and reinstall it. If you are shown as an adminsistrator on your computer and still can't do any of this, you'll have to access security program and give permission for full control of this program.

For what printer, for what operating system? Go to add/remove and see if it is there. It should be on the cd that came with your printer. If you don't have it, check out lexmarks website.
