    MS Word 2007 "underline" tag

Example - UNDERLINE. I would like to know if it is possible to expand the space between the bottom of the text and the line itself, without expanding the space between that line of text and the next line of text. In other words, I want to move the line down without effecting anything else.

    Hopefully my explanation makes sense.

    Appreciate it.

I think this is not possible with the Underline option, but you may use line indent and line spacing option in the page layout, to keep the distance between two text line, i have also tried out many option to get the underline well below the text we entered. If anyone know this please let me know.

In MS Office 2007 there is no such available where you can do such kind of things but if you want to have some space between two lines then i would suggest you to use notepad over there you would be able to do so by first writing it on first line and then give a line in next line.

There is no such option in Ms Word. When you underline a word it comes with the text. You can create spaces between a single text by increasing the font space size. Otherwise you can draw a line at the bottom of text and place the line on desired distance. By default Word 2007 does not has the option.

I dont think you can do that without effecting anything else. There is no thing such as without effecting anything in this world. Always remember newtons 3rd law. lolz..
Well you can not increase or expand the space between the text & the underline without effecting anything else.
