How to disable the User Account Control in vista

Hi friends,
I have windows vista installed on my desktop computer. I want to disable that useless security feature called User Account Control. It is vista's built in feature. Can anyone tell me how to disable it instead of using control panel?

User Account Control is built-in ability to automatically reduce the potential of security breeches in the system. It automatically decreases administrative rights of users that are part of the local administrators group. Follow the steps given below to disable it:

• Click on Start
• Type msconfig
• Press Enter
• Select the Tools tab
• Then Select Disable UAC
• Click Launch button
• Close MSCONFIG

You can use a software called TweakUAC. It is easy to use and free software. Just run this program and you can disable UAC by selecting an option in the utility.
