| How to open iso in VMware
I have just finished the installation with VMware server in Windows xp and created virtual machine. Now i want to mount ISO image to boot from, So how can i mount ISO image in VMware? Thanks for any help. |

You have to configure the iso file while creating CD Drive component in your VMware virtual machine . That means you can configure the iso file and CD/DVD drive and it will be automatically shown as CD drive in your virtual machine. |

The ISO should be placed under the Datastore where the Virtual Machines are stored. Once the ISO has been copied, edit the VM Configuration Settings and navigate to the path where the ISO is stored. Recommend instead mounting the ISO as a VM virtual CDROM directly instead of pointing to the ISO through the Shared Folder. |
