IE8 connection problem

I recently upgraded my Internet Explorer from version 6 to version 8. It went smooth for few days. Now i cannot connect to the Internet at all... I try to browse a web page and it won't appear. After some time i get the white error page. IE8 connection problem was not noticed when i first installed it, but as and when days past, it started giving me troubles. Please help guys, why does the internet connection drops...
