Compile Error in Hidden Module: DistMon (Microsoft Visual Basic)

I just installed MSOffice 2007 Enterprise. Whenever I open or close Excel, I get a dialog box, it says Microsoft Visual Basic, Compiler error in hidden module: AutoExecNew, click OK for Help

When I click ok excel starts fine and when I exit I get: Microsoft Visual Basic, Compute error in hidden Module: DistMon, click OK for Help

I keep getting that message everytime I open and then close excel. How can I solve my problem.

    Suggestions?

Compile Error in Hidden Module: DistMon error is caused when you have a password protected project loading that has an error in it. Try removing the add-ins or turn it off. Or you can simply delete the file: “c:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART\PDFMaker.xla”
