IE7 opens up small except from desktop not from links

Hello
My computer have installed windows XP SP2,and i use IE 7.0 for browsing internet.my problem is that whenever a new window opens it is always in the small size and I have to click on the enlarge icon in the upper right hand corner.i just like to open the window on enlarged way I have tried several methods to do so.but nothing worked now am requesting suggestions from your part.i know you people won't disappoint me

You get into or out of a Full Screen by pressing F11.a shortcut can be configured to do any of the first three and a normal windows will normally open with the size of the last Normal window of that kind that was closed, although IE7 isn't as good at keep this thing on mind

Mainly 3 sizes to Windows Minimize which has an icon on the task bar.Normal in which windows that doesn't take the whole desktop which is normally in use.Maximize which can fiil almost all most part of the desktop and Full Screen.but windows does not remember when you maximize or minimize a window. it is advice able to manually resize a window then click on "File" exit.so that it should open in the size you manually made it.

I guess we have option for that in internet explorer it's self for doing this
go to Internet option>general tab>under tab option>click on settings>tabbed browsing settings.on this tabbed browsing settings - open links from other programs in select the option as a New Window
