Internet explorer 8 does not work on windows 7

Hi

I install widows 7 on my computer working very nicely. It's really better then windows vista. but there is one problem that internet explorer 8 not working on windows 7 can anyone know solution for this ?

If you receive a message that all add-ons are disabled every time you start Internet Explorer, follow these steps to help correct the problem:

• In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
• Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset. Follow any on-screen directions.
• Close and re-open Internet Explorer.

If Internet Explorer 8 flashes and closes immediately when you try to start it

• Uninstall Internet Explorer 8.
• Restart your computer, and then open Internet Explorer 7.
• In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
• Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset. Follow any on-screen directions.
• Reinstall Internet Explorer 8.

Internet Explorer 8 will not work on windows 7. Because ie 8 work on following Operating System :

• Windows Vista 32-bit
• Windows Vista 64-bit
• Windows Vista with Service Pack 1 (SP 1) or higher
• Windows XP 32-bit with Service Pack 2 (SP 2) or higher
• Windows XP Professional x64 Edition
• Windows Server 2003 32-bit with SP 2 or higher
• Windows Server 2003 64-bit with SP 2 or higher
• Windows Server 2008 32-bit or higher
• Windows Server 2008 64-bit or higher
