alt f4 no longer closes any windows

Everyone is very much known with the function that Alt+F4 key performs... But my computer is facing the issue with that file i think the windows on my computer is got corrupted does anyone know how to solve that problem without formatting the windows..???

If you are you a keyboard having a toggle for function lock key and it is turned on in any case it might be the problem you facing for that you need not require to format the computer it is not that your windows is got corrupted just require to solve that issue.

There is a way to solve this problem... Actually look that if it is that issue... It might be that mistakenly your windows has disabled the that key function... Just go to Registry Editor... & look for the following keys in it follow the steps to enable it...!

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\
Explorer]
Value Name: NoWinKeys
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0 = disable restriction, 1 = enable restriction)

If the above solution doesn't work you need to solve the problem that is the Hardware issue it might be that the key on your keyboard is not working so i will recommend you to borrow a keyboard from your neighbor & see if it works...!
