Get off recorded events from Dish Network PVR/DVR with pvrexplorer

i am using Dish Network PVR/DVR which have good recorded program that i wanted to take on my pc now my friend suggest me to use pvrexplorer application but i dont know good version for my vista and how to use it can any one help me to transfer my videos from Dish Network PVR/DVR 501, 508, 510 to pc?

I have not tried it but what i know is you need to take out your DVR hard disk out and coonect it to pc as there is same hard disk uses as use in pc you can connect it but i dont know how to use PvrExplorer for backup also you need to take care while opening box and again reinstalling.

Use screw driver to open DVR box unscrew the screw then take away metal box then inside you can see hard disk which is IDE that you can able to remove now connect it to pc with IDE cable install PvrExplorer run application there you will get option to move file judt by using browsing again make all connection undo.
