The Autofill settings on the same page are self-explanatory once you know what Autofill is. So what is Autofill? It's a cool little feature that leaves you wondering what'll end up on your portable music player! When your music device is synced with Winamp, the Winamp Media Library will sometimes transfer some songs to and from the device. From the device is OK, you can expect that-but what's interesting is that it also transfers songs to the device without telling you! The settings here include options that control the transfer-leave them untouched if you really want a surprise the next time you press Play on your iPod. Otherwise, you can choose to, for example, transfer only high-rated songs to the device.

First, be sure to enable disk use on your iPod by connecting and opening iTunes (if it is not self-launch). Select your iPod, then click the Settings tab. Scroll to the Options section and remove the checkmark from the box Open iTunes when this iPod is attached. Next, place a checkmark in the Enable disk use box (if not already checked). Click Apply.

    1. Start Winamp, Media and the window appear, select View and then Media Library.

    2. In the left column of the Media window, select your iPod from the laptop. All files that are currently on your iPod will be displayed.

    3. To add music to your iPod, open the Playlist window, add songs to it, then click law on these songs. From the pop-up menu, select Send to and select your iPod.

    4. You will see a status indicator as a percentage of the files are sent to your iPod.

    5. The files listed in May on your iPod not refresh on their own. Simply click on laptops ...

    6. .. And then click your iPod. All the files you sent to your iPod will now be listed.

    7. You can eject your iPod directly from Winamp by clicking the Eject button in the lower right corner the Media window.

. Winamp 5 seamlessly integrates support for iPod (Shuffle, Video, Nano & Classic, but currently NOT Touch or iPhone models), Creative Nomad/Zen/MuVo, PlaysForSure (P4S), USB Thumbdrive and ActiveSync Device management. Note that Winamp does not support Zune.
