How to recover files hidden by Folder Lock after reinstalling windows

I have locked and encrypted some files by Folder Lock software. Today I asked a computer expert to uninstall current windows in my laptop to have a new one installed. Now my problem is that I forgot to take my files out from Folder Lock and I don't know whether I will be able to have access to my files after installing new windows or not!!

in Folder Lock if you stored your files in its auto open folder that appear immediate after opening the Folder Lock which is in c drive then it is not possible to recover data as in format c drive i lost.and if you already stored it manually on other partition of disk then that folder will appear directly.for more use folder hidden option to view hidden folders.

You can apply two method for unlock the hidden folders and files ,, one is unlock button and one is pop menu

• Login into the File Securer software's main interface.
• Login in the File Securer.
• Select the hidden files folder : you see see a list of hidden folders and files.
• After that Select a file or folder you want to unlock,, select "Unlock" button,, and you are done .

• The windows shell system, choose a File Securer link icon.
• Now Doubleclick the icon, you see a pop up of a password input dialog .
• after you put the password, the icon will soon gone and the hidden object will re-appear

During the uninstallation of the Folder Lock it ask for the file which is inside for deletion or to move it on some other location. If you have not followed any of the same then you should check in the C:/Program file/Folder Lock and see whether the file is still there or not. Make an internal search of file if you have moved them to some unknown location. If you have deleted the file then there is no way to recover the same.

i have uninstalled folder lock and now i can see the folder where i had my stuff but when i open it it is open . When i put the mouse pointer on it it says that it has 19GB so that means that the files are still there. What can i do? Please replay.
