How do I crop mp4 file?

I want to crop the mp4 video files. I tried with few applications that i already having on my PC but they not supporting the mp4 file , name is something like avi to mpeg splitter etc. Does someone know any program that allows me to crop an mp4 file? I urgently need application software that can crop a mp4 file. Thanks for any kind of help.

You can do one thing , if you don't find any application that can crop , you can just simply convert the mp4 file into avi and then crop it and convert it back to mp4. I don't think so it will take much time if the file is not too much big in size. And make sure while converting you are not decreasing the quality of video. Hope this will help you in some way.
