Does Microsoft have fix for conficker

I have Windows XP and i tried all the antivirus tht i could, but non helps me in removing the conficker from my computer. Does Microsoft have fix for conficker? Help me with the information if it has some fix..

I think your antivirus software is not upto date, hence it did not delete the conficker worm from your Windows XP OS. All you can do is, update your antivirus and scan the whole computer all over again... This may clean the conficker out of your computer...

I have AVG Antivirus Professional, genuine version which is fully updated, I Also updated my Windows XP, to the last update that was available. But still AVG couldn't help me remove the conficker worm. I don't know what is wrong.. Please help me...

I guess you need to reboot your computer in safe-mode and scan your computer. If this doesn't help too, then you need to reformat your Windows partition. I would recommend, you format all the partitions, so that the conficker cannot strike back...
