How to convert .iso to img?

Hello every one,
I would like to convert .iso to img because while making my HP's drive key boot utility to a flash drive act like a bootable floppy drive, i find difficulty since the file is an .iso and hp boot utility only accepts .img. How can i convert this?

yes you can convert it. I am aware of a utility program it makes easy to convert your .iso to img
the software is winiso..this software can sort out any kind of iso image issues
so try to get the application from their site

But i think you just can't convert a .iso file into a .img file.as far as my knowledge CD/DVD boot sectors won't work on USB sticks they follow different ways of "booting"
If it possible,we will be able to install Windows XP with USB sticks
