How to view internet explorer history

Hi

I want to check which page my friend visited in internet explorer on my Computer. He came at my home to surf internet i think he is downloading some movie. So i want to know which page he is visited. Can anyone know How to check internet explorer history ?

Which version of internet explorer your are using ? IE 6, IE7 or IE8 ?

I am using internet explorer 7 on my computer. I try to find option in IE7 but not work.

In Internet Explorer 7 now able to delete Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, History, Form Data and Password from the one window. Just right click on IE7 icon and select properties. You will get following window.

In that click on browsing settings then new window will display.
click on view file. Now you can see all sites which you visited on ie 7
