To Disable office live workspace prompt follow the step :
    • Log on to Windows with a user account that has this issue.
    • Click Start, click Run, type regedit on the Open box, and then click OK.
    • On the left pane expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER, expand Software, select Microsoft.
    • On the Edit menu point to New, and then select Key.
    • Type OfficeLive for the key name, and then press ENTER.
    • Close the Registry Editor
    • Start Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. When you see the "Get Started with Office Live" window, make sure the "Do not show me this message again" optionis checked, and then click Continue.
    • When you close the 2007 Microsoft Office System application, the registry values will be created for that user.

To solve the problem try deleting the cache and cookies for your browser, close the browser, then re-open a fresh browser window and try again, if the problem not solved then change the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft, click on "Edit" menu and select New/Key then edit it to two capitals, O and L. It should make use of the "Don't show me this again" option.
