Hello friends,

I have no problems with emails, but the only think is that when I send emails I get this error messages Its very long but I remember the error code i.e.

0x800CCC69 An unknown error has occurred

if you guys can tell me if its a serious error then,
please let me know what to do?

You receive the"0x800CCC69 SMTP_550_MAILBOX_NOT_FOUND" error message or the “503 Sender already specified” error message when you try to send an e-mail message in Outlook Express or in Outlook on a computer that is running Windows XP Home Edition.

May be in Outlook Express you have turned off the "authentication".

Click on Tools - Accounts - Mail Tab -Your Email Account - Properties
Servers Tab - (Outgoing Servers area) checkmark "My Server Requires
Authentication"
Click Settings next to this - Dot the choice that reads, "Use Same Settings as my incoming mail server" - Apply - Ok.
