Aww.. Its so sad you don't know about it... Well To install custom or third party themes on Windows Vista or Windows 7, you will need to patch uxtheme.dll file. Well UxStyle Core is a software that will install in the computer and let you install any custom or third part theme without patching the file for every theme...
