Page Border problem while printing

Hi,

I am having problem with the page border. I have no problem with the page layout but when i see the preview the bottom is not correct, its gets cut even in the printout also it is not on page.

Pleas ehelp me with the settings I have tried all possible things from my end. No luck so far.

Have you checked your page size? May be this is the problem .
Please check the page size again. either the paper size you're using doesn't match your Word settings or the printer isn't able to print close enough to the foot of the paper to print your border so you'll have to make the border a bit shorter. If this doesn't help you.
Then to solve this you must alter the margin settings by choosing File, Page Setup, Margins tab and adjust the setting for the Bottom margin by increasing it slightly.

Hey I have been through this problem before.
So it was related to a particular printer that I used so what I did was like this. No matter what the printer is supposed to do follow thia & it will help you if its not printing the bottom border line. Just go into Borders and Shading Options and set the border to be a few more points from the edge of the page and it should work.
