How to remove email addresses in entourage drop down list

Hello,

The problem is that the incorrect address popup Entourage keeps coming up as an option as I begin typing the address again. How to remove email addresses from Entourage and Mail ??? It also present in my entourage drop down list.

In Entourage X, 2004 and 2008, To clear the mail box :

1. Go to preference in Mail & News
   
2. Then click on Compose
   
3. Press Clear List button

Note: There is also an option in the preferences to disable this feature all together.

To clear a single address, add it exactly like the one that is remembered to your address book and mark it as Junk (or assign category Junk). You can just delete the address, but if you receive it again it will just be added back. Marking as junk will permanently remove it from the AutoComplete list.

If you want to delete duplicate contacts in entourage, there is another option with Entourage 2004 v 11.2.3 update is to use Apple's Mail Delete Duplicate Contacts to clean up your contacts in Apple Mail, then sync to Entourage's Address Book.

To Remove the recently used email address list in entourage, Click on the Mail button, and then click the New button. Type the first few letters of the address in the To box, and then click the address you wish to delete on the pop-up menu. Press CONTROL Key, click the address with the mouse, and then click Add to Address Book on the contextual menu. In the contact window that appears, click on Delete button.
