If you replaced your hard drive as an upgrade you can move the Store Directory for Outlook Express back to your slave drive and fill it up instead. Outlook Express Backup Wizard is an easy-to-use utility that allows you to backup and restore your Outlook Express data. Or you can go to Tools-->Options>Maintenance-->Store Folder, Browse to a location on your slave drive. However, if the replacement was due to bad clusters, then I would not advise that move.
