ISUS.msi file information

One of my friend is facing the problem with his computer. The problem that he is facing is that he is not able to find the file called isus.msi. The actual problem he is facing is that whenever he is starting computer it, it gets the an error message from windows installer saying it cannot find ISUS.msi file to update. Does anyone have any suggestion to solve this problem???? Please Help...!

It might be the problem with the Windows Installer. I have given you the link with the solution from Microsoft.

Just download the file from the following link & just install the file in the following location C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield".

The first solution didn't solve the problem but was very helpful. Even the second solution didn't solve the problem for me. I solved the problem by myself. I tried just updating my windows installer.

Well you just need to download the latest Download the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility package which is available for download at Microsoft site provided by "Eric B"

I hope after running that file your problem will get solved.
