My friend told me to use mrtstub.exe. It's very useful application for computers. but i don't have info about mrtstub.exe . Is mrtstub.exe really useful for me ?

mrtstub.exe is responsible for patching the previous version of mrt.exe (if any) on your computer. This uses a much smaller "delta" binary file instead of requiring that you download the full mrt.exe. This reduces the download size and consumes less bandwidth.
