itunes disable dvd writer

hi ,
i am having trouble with my itune. I am having Vista 64-bit i was looking for back up my itune music so i have started but while burning with cd the itune unable to detect my dvd rome and says Disc burner not found can any one help me to solve this ?

check that you have installed vista properly and all drivers are installed also install latest burning software that supports itunes , basically it looks like an application problem.

the problem can be ITUNE driver just make sure that you have latest version of itune also make sure that the file type of files is supported by itune.Install Software of CD Driver and x86 driver which you can get from some application also.

itune is not able to read dvd writer due to some application or driver conflict .you can try third party application that will help you to burn your application using that just take back up of your music on hard drive then easily you can burn it on cd.
