Help me install & configure MySQL

I want to install MySql.

Please help me installing MySql on my computer & configure it.
I am also planning to learn the commancs but first I need to install it o0n my computer so that I can have some wamp server like utility to learn server & application concept.

Please help me installing MySQL server on my windows Xp machine.
