How to extract sfv file

Hi,

I would like to know How can I extract or run an .sfv file. are there any programs for windows which can extract .sfv file? i have a file .sfv and .rar but when i tried to extract the .rar file the message "No archives found", come out.what does this mean? i also got lots of rar files with part 001,002 etc. when i then extract these files i get an avi file but the file is only 2 mins long even though its size is over 1.3GB. please help me!!!

You can Use QuickSFV to to extract sfv file. QuickSFV integrates into the Windows Explorer shell and makes it very easy to verify files. Just double-click on the SFV file and QuickSFV does the rest. QuickSFV also understands several other file verification formats including CRC, CSV, and CKZ. For even quicker verification of SFV files, QuickSFV remembers which files have been previously verified and will skip them in future checks. You can always tell QuickSFV to go back and verify all files again just to be sure.
