How to draw outline of a shape in photoshop?

Hi,

I want to draw the shapes in photoshop application. but I cant figure out How to make the shapes with only outline & not filled in with colors.
How to draw outline of a shape?
Please help.

To draw the shapes without the fill effect in Photoshop you can do this
goto Layer styles, add stroke (choose color, position and width) press Ok & now Drop that layer fill to 0%

Hey if you want a good tutorial on photoshop you can go to photoshop site.
OR
Use your oval or rectangle tool to outline the shape you wish to make.
Go to the Edit menu and choose "Stroke..."
A dialogue pops up that lets you select the following:
a. WIDTH, COLOR, LOCATION, BLENDING MODE, OPACITY
It's a LOT easier than the other options as you mostly ever change the width of the stroke and the color of the stroke and sometimes the Location of the stroke.
