It is a Computer Optimization tool for Windows developed by Pc Pit Stop webiste. This is not a free software and you need to purchase to unlock all the features of the software. It need you to connect to the internet everytime you running the software. Thus preserving the registration info and the software not being used by someone else who did not purchase it.

Is it really required to install this software on my computer? I already have an Antivirus software purchased and a registry cleaner + anti spyware purchased too. Is it safe to uninstall this software, i don't need my computer to get too slow because of this unregistered program. Also i am not always connected to the internet. So i guess i don't need it, any opinion would be helpful.

Well if you already have the software like antispyware, registry cleaner and an antivirus software and you think you don't need this software, you can always remove it. Its your computer ad you are free to use your computers.
