Hey great info surbhi, have you tested it? There are plenty of same services are availale like this, but its Microsoft then we can trust it. I'm worried the if we will upload our private data it can be miss use by others because its still in beta format. Till i don't get more review about this and before the stable version i'm not gonna use this.

thanks 4 d reply...nd ur documents can only be accessed with a Windows Live ID and password.Even you can manage permissions and decide whether someone has access to a single document or an entire workspace. nd for more details visit [url]
