Open a .wb3 file with Excel 2007

I can't open .wb3 files in Open Office. Does anyone know any method or free software to open or convert Quatro Pro (.WB3) files to Excel 2007? When i try to open that .wb3 files a Quattro Pro file that is saved in the WB2 file format gives me an error : game.wb3 : file format is not valid.

Microsoft Excel 2000 does not support opening files that have been saved in the Quattro Pro WB2 or WB3 file formats. Microsoft Excel can open Quattro WB3 files after you install the Quattro Pro 7.0 Converter for Excel 2000 from the following Microsoft Web site:

If you have access to Quattro then you can use it to Save As in XLS format. Just load the Floppy and open them in whatever you are using both Quarto and Excel will open multiple formats. This can definitely be read by office 2007, even though Microsoft have moved on to xlsx.

To open a Quattro Pro file in Excel, follow these steps:

• Click Open on the File menu.
• In the Look in list, click the drive or folder that contains the file you want to open, and then locate the folder that contains the file.
• In the Files of type list, click Quattro Pro 1.0/5.0 (Win) (*.wb1) if your files are from Quattro Pro for Windows versions 1.0 through 5.0, or click Quattro Pro/DOS Files (*.wq1). The former requires installation of the converter, as outlined above, before it appears in the list.
• Double-click the file you want to open.
