Try to install flash plugin to the browser as per me i got the same error with one of the site. when i installed it, it solved my problem. You might be getting a popup on the top of the page that click here to install plugin automatically.

To get rid of it you need to block Static ActiveX by going to the internet option > Advanced Configuration Tool > Internet Explorer > Block static ActiveX : Select No. This will block the popups as you require.

This might be causing due to the website adds popup which might be blocking at the firewall. See weather the Windows Firewall is turned on from Control Panel > Windows Firewall and disable your security suite.
