Hello , This Problem Seem to Occur Due to Incompatible Printer drivers that are not compatible with the office mostly HP printer drivers with the Powerpoint 2007 hence it crashes and gives you the mso.dll error. Try downloading the SP1 for office 2007(Powerpoint 2007) this will help you in resolving your issue

Yup This is True that This problem Occur mostly Due to Incompatible Drivers infact I would like to confirm that this is indeed the problem with Office 2007 crashing - a Windows XP-era printer driver. The best way I found to resolve the problem was to delete the printer, then add it again using autodetection. Vista asks you if you'd like to use the existing driver or replace it. Choose Replace and you should be good.
