How to reverse column in excel

I have a many column in excel i want to reverse the list from bottom to top and the list is then upside down. Can some one help me ?

Go in adjacent column then insert one if you have to, Use Edit, Fill, Series to insert the numbers in the adjacent column. Then do a data sort on both columns at the same time using the column you filled as the sort by column and sorting in descending order.

You can highlight both columns and sort these running number in DESCENDING order.
