Microsoft Word New and Open options

When opening Microsoft Word and going to File then there are no New and open options available.

The version of Word is 2002 SP3

Other users do not have this problem only one user.
The profile of this user is already renewed.

This user like aal the others log on to a citrix server based on windows 2003

There are two ways to restore back your New and Open button in your file. First go to Tools Menu and go to customize. In the customize option go to options. Tick on first two options. Second option you can do is use the short cut key from keyboard. Press Ctrl + N for new documents and Ctrl + O to open any documents.
