Missing control tab in Excel 2007 on Windows Xp

I had installed Windows Xp along with Microsoft Office 2003 on my system. Recently i had purchased Office 2007 and had installed it on my pc. Now, the problem is that when i try to open Excel 2007 on my system, i can't see the control tab on my excel sheet. It seems to be missing from my excel sheet. Can any body tell me that how do i restore the control tab back on my system? Can any body provide me the correct solution for the above issue? Any kind of help on the above issue would be appreciated.

For that go to your Format Control menu and then select the Control tab. Then you have to click on the Control tab, which will get displayed on your Excel sheet. This will help you to get back your Control tab on your system.

In order to get back the missing control tab on your excel sheet, you need to click on the Office Button which you will find at the top left round office icon. You need to click on Excel Options, then click on Advanced on the left then try to scroll down until you see the heading Display Options. This will help you to put a check or uncheck mark, in order to get the show sheet tab on your excel sheet.
