Repeat same action in Word

I am working in a company where i have to work on word & has to fill a lot of data in it. Many times it happens that i have to insert many action repeatedly. So i was wondering that weather word has any functionality to repeat that action again. does anyone know about such feature in it..????

To repeat the last action, click Repeat Button image on the Quick Access Toolbar.

• Keyboard shortcut You can also press CTRL+Y.

Note : If you can't repeat the last action, the Repeat command changes to Can't Repeat.

Concerning MS Word of repeating possibility last action knew you several times with an ordinary keyboard clicks. Repeat test F4.

Let 's say that you are formatting a bit with lots of mouse clicks through various dialog boxes prepared. And now, you must re-apply the same formatting. Just write F4. But watch out for! F4 repeated just last activity.
