How to create excel graph data for a month in Windows Vista

I had installed Windows Vista along with the Microsoft Office 2003 on my system. I would like to know that how can i create excel graph data for a particular month. Can any body tell me that how can i do it? Does any body have any idea about it? Kindly provide me the correct information on the above issue.

In order to craete excel graph data you can use the Excel Chart Wizard fronm your excel sheet. A chart often makes it easier to understand the data in a worksheet because users can easily pick out patterns and trends illustrated in the chart.

Follow the below steps mention.

1. Go to the Standard toolbar and then try to click on the New Workbook button.

2. Then you need to go to the File menu and need to select New.

3. Then try to use a keyboard combination Ctrl + N, in order to open up a new Workbook on your pc.

4. Try to enter the data which you want to graph.

5. Then you need to highlight that particular data which you need to be graphed.

6. Then you need to select the Chart Wizard. You can do this by going to the Insert menu and then click on the Chart option. You can also click on the Chart Wizard button on your Standard toolbar option.

7. Then from the Chart Wizard box you need to opens and then select Chart type from it. After you have selected the Chart type, click and hold your mouse pointer down on the Press and Hold button to see what your data looks like in the chart type you selected.
