Word 2007: Can i edit the text in print preview

I just made a text document in Microsoft Word 2007. Its in fact very lengthy document and i need to print it out. Every thing is fine but while i see it in print preview, some text are stepping to other way from the sentences. I try correct them and again i see that same in the print preview. I guess, it has to be done correct in normal view which i am unable to do, but i want to is there any way to make changes in the document in the print preview option ? As office 2007 comes with lots of features, i guess it may be possible.

Well, fortunately we can edit the text even in Print Preview option. this trick was also available in Word 2003 as well. Anyways, here is the step by step process to do so:-

• While viewing your document in Print Preview, go to the Ribbon.
  
  
• Uncheck the Magnifier checkbox in the Preview section
  
  
• The Magnifier cursor will change to a Text Select icon. Make the changes to your document and print.
  
  
• Click Close Print Preview from the Ribbon.
  
  
• Save your document to keep the changes you made.

Thats it. You are done !!

Instead of exiting out of Print Preview to edit your document, you can make your changes while you are still in Print Preview. We just need to unselect the Magnifier check box in the Preview section on the ribbon.

Thanks for sharing this trick guys. Its really gonna very helpful for many office users. Sometimes even i get bored of making changes and it is still same in the print preview.
